You can also voluntarily choose to add your partner/spouse and children (age 16+) to the medical plan through a salary deduction.

Life Insurance

Medtronic provides all employees with life insurance, offering a lump sum benefit in the event of the employee’s passing while employed at Medtronic. This coverage applies whether the death occurs during work hours or not, giving financial security to employee’s family.

Accident & occupational work accident insurance

Medtronic provides all their employees with accident & occupational work accident insurance. This insurance is a supplement to the obligatory workmen´s compensation scheme giving an additional benefit in case of an incident.

Sports contribution

Medtronic offers an annual sports contribution, allowing employees to use this benefit towards sport or health club memberships, supporting physical fitness and wellbeing.
