Medical insurance

Medtronic provides the opportunity for employees and their eligible dependents (spouse and dependent children up to the age of 18 and/or up to the age of 25 if full time students or apprentices) to join its group medical plan. The company contribution will be 50% to a plan of the employee’s choice. In addition, the company will contribute 100% towards the wellness benefit.

Gap cover

Medtronic provides the opportunity for all regular employees and their eligible dependents (spouse and dependent children up to the age of 18 and/or up to the age of 26) to join its Gap cover plan to help cover for any unexpected medical costs.

Group risk benefits

Medtronic provides eligible employees with group risk cover. The cover provides protection for employees and their family in the unfortunate event of an employee’s death. The aim of this benefit is to offer employees and their family peace of mind and security. This benefit is entirely paid by Medtronic.

Operations incentive plan

In addition to your base salary, regular employees are eligible for a short-term incentive plan. Short-time incentives are based on role and targets vary by job level. Payouts vary based on Medtronic, team and individual performance and achievement of specific objectives. Employess will receive details about eligible incentives from your Talent Acquisition Partner.

Transportation allowance

Medtronic provides you with a monthly transportation allowance according to your job level.
