Life & disability

Medtronic provides all their employees with life & disability coverage. Our Life insurance policy covers you to ensure employees and their family’s health and financial well-being. The compensation amount is up to 2 x annual salary depending on the severity of the event.

Accident

Included in the Life and Disability. Granted only in case a permanent consequence of the accident is proved (disability).
