Medtronic Group Medical insurance provides comprehensive medical coverage for employees. Employees can also voluntary enrolled their dependents with the same benefit coverage.
Group life insurance
Medtronic Group Term Life (GTL) provides a lump sum payment to employee’s beneficiaries in the event of Death and Total Permanent Disability. The lump sum amount is 36 times basic monthly salary.
Group personal accident insurance
Medtronic Group Personal Accident provides financial coverage against unforeseen events of Accidental Death, Total Permanent Disablement & Dismemberment, Burns and Fractured Bones.

Operations incentive plan
In addition to your base salary, regular employees are eligible for a short-term incentive plan. Short-time incentives are based on role and targets vary by job level. Payouts vary based on Medtronic, team and individual performance and achievement of specific objectives. Employess will receive details about eligible incentives from your Talent Acquisition Partner.
