Medtronic is providing health coverage to help employees maintain or improve their health. This is a comprehensive medical plan for employees including annual checkups. The insurance premium is paid at 100% by Medtronic, but part of it is taxed as a benefit in kind.
Life insurance
Medtronic is committed to support employees and their family financial well-being, and it is very important that employees are adequately covered in case a sad event happens. The main cover is 2x annual salary in case of death due to critical illness or accident.
Accident & disability
Medtronic is committed to support employee’s health and financial well-being, and it is very important that employees are adequately covered in case an unexpected injury or accident happens. The compensation is up to 2x annual salary in case of permanent disability due to accident depending on the severity of the event. The premium is entirely paid by Medtronic.
Occupational diseases
Additional to employees Life and Disability Insurance, Medtronic is protecting employees with an insurance coverage in case of occupational related disease or injury.
Fitpass
Medtronic offers employees access to hundreds of the best gyms, fitness studios, swimming pools and sports centers throughout Serbia in partnership with Fitpass. Upon registration, half of the amount will be covered by Medtronic and another half will be deducted from employees monthly gross salary.
