Health insurance EPS – oncological

Health insurance provides cost-effective health care coverage for employees and their family.

Health insurance:

This insurance is available to Medtronic permanent full-time employees and provides access to most local clinics and medical centers nationwide. The benefit can be extended to spouses and children. For children over 18 years of age, the additional insurance can be accessed up to the age of 28. Medtronic assumes 75% of the cost for this insurance.

Oncological plan:

Medtronic assumes the cost of this insurance and has a 100% coverage for cancer and a cap of 3 million soles per year. All employees hired directly in Peru are eligible for this benefit.

Life insurance law and group

In accordance with local legal regulations, Medtronic provides permanent full-time employees with a life insurance policy 100% paid by Medtronic.

In accordance with local legal regulations, Medtronic enrolls each eligible employee in this insurance, which is fully covered by the company. This plan offers 100% coverage with no deductible for accidents or accidental death occurring on the job.  Eligible Collaborators are those who attend to the warehouse, Commercial collaborators and those who, due to business necessity, must attend Entities such as Hospitals or Clinics.
