Life insurance
Medtronic provides life insurance which is 100% Medtronic paid. A lump sum benefit of 3x times annual base salary is payable in the event of partial disability, permanent total disability or death.
Gym allowance
Medtronic provides a gym allowance to all employees on an annual basis.
