Medical insurance
Medtronic provides employees and their eligible dependents with comprehensive medical insurance coverage. All regular, full-time employees with a permanent work location in Jordan are eligible for coverage.
Life insurance
Life insurance is offered to employees and is 100% Medtronic paid. In the event of death, a lump sum benefit of 3x Annual Base Salary will be paid out to the designated beneficiary.
Gym allowance
Medtronic offers an allowance for participation in sports/fitness programs.
