Pension (Superannuation)
Medtronic’s superannuation contribution benefit is provided to all employees in accordance with local country legislation. Medtronic’s superannuation contribution to the Company selected superannuation fund or another complying scheme as nominated by employees under Super Choice, is considered part of an employee’s overall remuneration package. Employees can top up their superannuation through salary sacrificing pre-tax.
