Short Fridays

Medtronic days

Medtronic offers 5 days off per calendar year, to which employees are entitled from from the date of entry. These days are in addition to the legal vacation.

Medtronic offers a code access to snack machines in offices for all employees on site or flexible and a monthly reimbursement for commercial force for breakfast, lunch or snack expenses consumed during the development of tasks in the field.

Referral program

Employees are eligible for referral bonus if they refer to a person for a position at Medtronic and they are hired.

Four weeks from anywhere

Employees who participate in a flexible work arrangement are eligible for up to four weeks of remote work per calendar year from any approved alternate location, subject to local policies, regulations, and guidelines.
